I did not know Lance at all but had heard great things about his carpentry. Lance built a shed for my family, and I am very pleased with his work. He was professional, punctual, efficient, and did a great job building the shed in our backyard. I cannot recommend Lance enough for your construction projects.

Harter Construction is the best construction company I’ve ever worked with. Lance, and his team, added a beautiful screened in porch to our home. After completion, I noticed snow coming in through the screens. Lance was able to problem solve and put up plastic coverings to keep the snow out!! It is a beautiful space and I am looking forward to this spring!! Harter construction is extremely knowledgeable, talented and above all, professional. Their skill set and craftsmanship exceed anyone else I have worked with. I am so very grateful I called Lance at Harter Construction!!!

Lance built a trex deck with aluminum railings for me. He framed the deck and also covered the riser with trex. I am so very happy with how it looks and also how well constructed it is.
